A Global Movement. An Evening with Impact.

On 11 November, communities in more than 100 locations worldwide come together for World Frequency Day, united by one purpose: to empower the next generation through music, mindfulness, mental and emotional wellbeing.

World Frequency Day is a global fundraising event for the Impact Initiative of The Frequency School, which creates music studios, wellbeing spaces and programs for children and young people around the world.

This year, Zurich joins the movement for the first time, hosted by the Swiss Mindfulness Institute. With your presence and the support of our partners and donors, we help bring this vision to life and plant the first seeds for similar school projects in Switzerland.

Want to make an impact? We'd love to connect with potential partners, donors and anyone interested in learning more. Contact us at info@swissmindfulnessinstitute.com.
